设备主要分为四个单元：分料单元、视觉检测单元、不良品剔除单元、出料单元。
视觉检测单元根据产品大小采用多套视觉处理系统对产品瓶胚口圆度、瓶胚口破损、瓶口直径、瓶身黑点、瓶身脏污、瓶身气泡、飞边等进行全方位的检测。
检测设备可与生产设备连接，对每个产品逐一检测，优化生产工艺提高检测效率和准确性降低企业人力成本。

The equipment is mainly divided into 4 units: sorting unit, vision detection unit, defective product removing unit and discharging unit. 
Vision detection unit adopts various sets of vision process system to carry out full range detection for the roundness and defect of preform bottle mouth and neck diameter, black dot, dirt and bubble of the bottle body, and the flash according to the size of products.
Detection equipment can connect with production equipment and conduct deduction on every product one by one, thus optimizing the production process, improving the detection efficiency and accuracy and reducing the labor cost.
