封盖检测设备采用机器视觉系统进行在线高速检测，设备主要分为三个单元：视觉检测单元、系统控制单元、不良品剔出单元。
视觉检测单元采用高速相机配合视觉**LED光源，图像清晰，软件算法成熟稳定，操作步骤简单易懂。对无盖、高盖、歪盖、保险环断裂、保险环翻边、保险环缺失、保险环变形及液位不良等所有情况进行全方位检测，实现并满足客户对高速在线生产质量管理的需求，提高检测效率和准确性，降低企业人力成本。

Cap detection equipment adopts machine vision system to carry out online high speed detection and is mainly divided into 3 units: vision detection unit, system control unit and defective product removing unit. 
The vision detection unit adopts high speed camera with visually dedicated LED light source. Its image is clear, soft algorithm is mature and stable and operation steps are easy to understand. It carries out full range detection on all the cases of no bottle cap, high bottle cap, crooked bottle cap, insurance ring distortion, flange on insurance ring, breakage of insurance ring, loss of insurance ring and poor liquid level, fulfilling and satisfying the requirements of customers on quality management of high speed online production, improving the efficiency and accuracy of detection and reducing the labor cost.
